Sex Therapy

Sex therapy provides a space to openly and freely explore one's sexuality and body-related topics. There is a wide range of issues that can be addressed in sexual psychotherapy.

  • Vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia (sexual pain disorders)

  • Performance pressure or feeling disconnected/dissociated

  • The desire for more pleasure or physical intimacy

  • Body image and sensory awareness

  • Female genital mutilation (FGM)

  • Traumatic experiences, violence, or boundary violations

  • Sexuality after surgery or illness

  • Sexuality and pregnancy, as well as pregnancy termination

  • Sexuality and parental roles

  • Sexuality and disability

  • Understanding and communicating needs, desires, and boundaries

  • Pornography consumption, compulsive sexuality
